Job Title: Zuora Administrator
Contract Opportunity: 12-months
Location: Remote

Our leading global SaaS client has a great opportunity.
 
Position Summary:
This position would be responsible for Zuora administrative tasks.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage settings for Zuora Billing
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Zuora to the business for various projects
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend Zuora changes to improve the billing operations process and assurance controls
  • Take ownership of communicating to Zuora support to resolve system problems and user administration as required
  • Take ownership of test environment refresh and re-establish connection with SF and other systems after the refresh.
  • Maintain data integrity within Zuora system, working closely with Data and Dev Teams
  • Provide support for ZOQL queries and zuora api as required.
  • Design and deliver business process automation using Zuora Workflow
  • Understand the data flows between Salesforce/Zuora optimize processes and monitor errors
  • Manage Zuora invoice and email templates
  • Modify and troubleshoot custom reports as required.
  • Create and modify hosted payment pages as required.
  • Manage all backend Zuora tasks and troubleshoot any reported errors
  • Support various initiatives to ensure completeness and accuracy of customer and billing data in Zuora
  • Maintain documentation and training materials
  • Provide adhoc support for billing and collection teams and support during finance month end activities.
  • Provision new users, editing permission and perform quarterly user access reviews.
  • Promote changes from test environment to production.
Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience serving as a Zuora Application Administrator as well as with responsibility for configuration, customization, and management of the technical implementation
