Grow your career as a Training Specialist with an innovative global bank in Jacksonville, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have a training background and strong virtual training facilitation skills.
  • Strong technical skills - will be expected to learn the company’s functional systems and train new hires and incumbents on those systems.
  • Proficient use of Adobe Connect, including breakout groups, chat, line pairing.
  • Troubleshooting skills, including learner issues with Adobe Connect and other technological issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coaching Skills: Able to identify a performance gap and then coach to improve the behavior.
  • Flexibility in hours worked. Classes run in all NAM time zones and would need to be able to accommodate hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
  • Reliable internet and computer equipment.
