Technical Support Lead

Grow your career as a Technical Support Lead with an innovative global bank in San Antonio, TX. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the progress and drive the subsequent resolution for various issues.
  • Complete daily activities by adhering to the defined SLA levels.
  • Assist in the assessment, & processing of audit and Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) related request in a timely manner.
  • Ability to create documents as per company’s standard.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3 to 7 years of ticketing experience.
  • Experienced in security operations and processes.
  • Understanding of security practices, process flows and analysis.
  • Analytical knowledge.
  • Software development lifecycle and process automation
  • Prefer risk analysis exposure.
  • Prefer experience in technical support.
  • Strong documentation and communications skills. Good presentation skills and skilled communicator who can influence solutions with Business Partner.
  • Understanding of standard project management practices.
  • Demonstrated understanding of control design for compliance.
