Grow your career as a Technical Program Manager with an innovative global bank. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will be responsible for one or more technology programs supporting Finance.
Responsibilities:

Partner closely with Finance, Technology development teams, and other Stakeholders, to oversee a portfolio of programs, drive execution plans, and ensure successful completion of critical deliverables in the transformation portfolio.

Drive engagement and accountability of project participants.
-
Ensure the right people provide inputs and approvals at the right times.
-
Ensuring the full scope of stakeholders are involved in scope definition and understand the program timetable and key milestones.

Working with internal audit and compliance to confirm a common understanding of the artifacts and deliverables need to support related testing and validation activities.
-
Proactively identify and document risks and issues, work with team members to define and execute risk mitigations, issue resolutions, and ensure appropriate and timely escalations.

Know company policies, procedures, and tools; ensure programs stay compliant with policy and procedures.

Ensure data is updated correctly and timely, in required tools.

Actively seek to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the program management and execution process, and work with partners to implement those ideas.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s/University degree is required.
-
10+ years of work experience in Technology and/or Program and Project management with a track record of driving results on large scale programs.

Prefer someone with Financial Services/Banking experience.

Prefer with knowledge of Treasury functions.
-
Prefer with hands-on development experience.
-
Proficient in key software tools such as MS Office tools, Jira, SharePoint.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and analytically, and to creatively problem solve.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).

Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships quickly, influence colleagues and clients, and increase collaboration among the program participants.
