Contract opportunity in Irving, TX for a Technical Product Manager.  In this role you will be the champion for store associates and drive product innovation that unlocks associate potential:

  • Collaborate with product and technical team members to clearly define technical payment API Requirements
  • Understand and drive the need for speed; it’s essential we provide a fast and seamless checkout experience
  • Ensure various pod teams are in lock step on top objectives
  • Champion KPIs that measure checkout speed


You Have:

  • Passion for building great products and the retail space
  • A proven track record of successful collaboration with engineering, design and analytics teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to communicate effectively with product leadership
Responsibilities include:
  • Design, manage, and execute Products
  • Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps
  • Set product vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, and project execution
  • You don’t believe in MVP, but MAE, Minimally Awesome Experience
  • Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
  • Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.
  • Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better experience
  • Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently
  • Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical product management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1-2 years of experience in Agile product management
