Grow your career as a Technical Data Program Manager with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will require working closely with UX, operations, business, and technology partners to execute implementation plans while ensuring compliance with local and regional regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently and accurately report to senior stakeholders on progress made and translate complex concepts to executive summary text.
- Become an SME on the functionality associated with the business unit and associated libraries.
- Partner with development teams to understand UX needs and identify gaps.
- Manage list of requests for changes and enhancements to the business unit and associated libraries.
- Participate in setting strategic direction for which requests to prioritize, taking into account both the need for standardization and business-specific needs.
- Achieve project objectives using a comprehensive knowledge of technology, operations, and business to achieve project objectives.
- Assist with in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and help develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/University degree is required. Prefer Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management experience.
- Must have large enterprise experience.
- Strong data analytics and data analysis experience.
- Strong data analysis & reporting skills using MS Excel.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to distill complexity to simplified understandable version.
- Ability to tell a story with data.
- Prefer experience with a large-scale consulting firm.
- Prefer Fintech background.
- Ideally self starter, meaningful progress, has worked in complex environments.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work with technical teams to document, engineer, and driving adoption of initiatives.
- Prefer experience with UX projects (but not required).
