POSITION:   Technical Business Systems Senior Associate

 

LOCATIONS: Atlanta, GA - Various unanticipated long term projects throughout the US.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Business analysis, testing, implementation and support of regulatory and compliance technology solutions across multiple lines of business in the client. Interpret, document and present compliance requirement to technology partners. Work with the internal and external development partners to prioritize, deliver and support technology solutions. Ensure that performance metrics, usability and scalability are met. Use domain and technology application knowledge to define and lead detailed analysis in response to business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Proactive monitoring of processes and resolution of alerts to ensure that regulatory and compliance service level agreements (SLA’s) are met. Interface between business and technology teams and ensure a smooth communication and information flow between them. Interact with development vendors, external industry participants and regulatory agencies.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree. Foreign equivalents accepted.

5 years progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience (or 2 years with Master’s degree) as a Manager-Projects, or related software developer occupation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must include some experience with: Operating Systems: UNIX, LINUX, Windows; Tools and Packages: COGNOS, CA Unicenter, Autosys; Databases: Oracle 7, Oracle 12, Sybase 11, Sybase 12, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2012; Scheduler: CA Unicenter, Autosys, Ctrl-M; Programming Languages / GUI: Powerbuilder, Unix Shell scripting; Monitoring batch processes and Autosys jobs; and Monitoring ITRS alerts.
