The Talent Programs team provides both strategic and operational support to Talent (recruiting) team by developing programs that help the company hire Top Talent in an efficient and thoughtful way. By applying analytical and operational rigor to how we recruit, this team plays a central role in the company's ability to scale quickly. 

What you'll be doing: 
  • As Talent Programs Specialist, you will be supporting Talent Program Managers with coordination and execution of their programs, which currently include Talent Enablement, Interview Process, Systems, and Documentation. 
  • You will play a particularly important role in supporting our Talent Enablement program, which focuses on improving the hiring process and training for our organization’s product, engineering and design function as well as building and iterating upon processes that help Talent team members do their best work. 
  • Provide weekly reporting to leadership on interviewer capacity and coordination OKRs/Stats Support interviewer calibration process across all positions types and teams 
  • Monitor, update, and update training progress in all systems 
  • Calibrate interviewers by assigning shadow/reverse shadow sessions 
  • Partnering with the Candidate Experience Team for process improvements and efficiency opportunities 
  • Support transition to new LMS system Partnering with the Talent Program Managers to execute interview training process improvements and to report on the effectiveness of Talent programs Conducting operational tasks, such assisting with ticket queue
