This nationwide leading audio entertainment company has an immediate full-time opening for a Product Manager - Listener Experience. You can work remotely from anywhere in the US, with a preference near Oakland, New York City, Atlanta, or Dallas. As a Staff Product Manager on the Core App Experience Product team, you'll enrich lives by delivering daily audio entertainment and discovery. As a Staff Product Manager, you have the rare opportunity to evolve and reenergize focus on listeners and customers, owning key areas of the listener and customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead listener experience product management from vision to launch and mass adoption, generating measurable value for listeners and the company

Establish and communicate a product vision and strategy that encourages and focuses creativity and investment in your product area

Earn the trust of key partners across the company by understanding their perspectives and providing a compelling rationale for product decisions

Identify breakthrough innovations based on insights from quantitative and qualitative research, market analysis and experimentation

Find opportunities to use data to personalize the experience for listeners

Formulate and articulate detailed requirements for product concepts that appeal to millions of users, each of whom have unique tastes

Partner and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, scientists and others to deliver on key roadmap priorities
Requirements:

9+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing technology

MBA and/or MS degree in HCI, Computer Science, Product Design, or related technical field preferred

Proven ability to bring products to market and deliver positive results for complex businesses

An innovation mindset with the ability to assess the value of potential product concepts

Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to drive and influence key decisions across engineering, design, science, product and other team members

Analytical skills, ability to use data and metrics to evaluate decisions, provide insights, and drive action; understanding of multivariate experimentation

Experience communicating with executive leadership and investors, anticipating questions and articulating decisions with supporting rationale; high-attention to detail
