Sr. Technical Recruiter

Hiring - 100% remote

ATTN IT Recruiters: Did you personally bill over $2million in GM last year and get commission on all of it? Do you have a proven path to getting there rapidly and growing beyond that where you work now? Do you have true growth and collaboration with a highly technical rapidly growing sales team?

If you answered "no" to any of these and would like to be able to answer "yes"....and work on SOW-based exclusive business for long-term/multi-year contracts with support, growth, and a lot of money in your future, I would love to talk.

Sound too cliche? Try me and let me prove it to you! Our team will see 20-40% HC and GM growth again this year (for the 3rd year in a row).

Oh, and over half of this team of 9 recruiters will reach over $1.5 million in gross margin by end of this year, with likely 3 of them over $2 million.....and an average tenure of just 2-3 years at the company.

ur sales team for this group comes from the Telecommunications Solutions industry, with some of the deepest relationships I have seen in my career.

 

What you need:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous successful experience in recruiting Engineering, Design and Architecture positions within Networks, Cloud, DevOps and/or Big Data.
  • Never say die, get it done attitude
  • Intelligent and able to learn new technologies
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Never satisfied and money motivated
  • Agency recruiting background

This is a Full Time Position with MATRIX. Location: Prefer Atlanta or any other Major U.S. city but willing to consider anywhere in the U.S.
