Position: Sr. ServiceNow Business Services Model Analyst
Term: 6 + Months

Required Skills
- Must have Visio, MS office, Service Now, Business Service Mapping and Modeling,
- Bachelors degree and 3 years of analysis experience to include experience with research, process analysis, writing business requirements and business functional design. If no degree, 5 years of analysis experience as stated above

- Prefer experience with both ServiceNow, Common Service Data Model, and Business Service/Service Offering Modeling

Description/Comment:
- Facilitate business interviews to establish business services/service offerings in alignment to ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standard and document/map them appropriately to other “upper tier” (i.e. App Service higher) portions of the CSDM
- Clean, prep for upload, upload and verify data within ServiceNow which has been collected and mapped
- Maintain their own stories and/or “tickets” within ServiceNow and assist other team members where necessary
- Facilitate/maintain CSDM data once uploaded per business “area”’. Note - work is being facilitated by Business Capability Stacks; e.g. Digital Enablement, Claims Mgmt, Stakeholder Mgmt, IT Mgmt, Risk Mgmt
- Solid understanding and ability to translate and/or map Business Capabilities, Business Applications, Business Services, Service Offerings and Application Services together using existing source material (i.e. Business Capability Model, APQC Business process Model, Business Application List and details)
