Are you an experienced Program Manager and looking for a role where you can use your versatile skill set to not only manage IT projects and programs but help lead our project management team?   We are seeking an experienced Program and Project Management professional who is versatile and can not only run projects but can do business and systems analysis, help with systems and processes and in general can make an impact!   We are a company of about 1,200 employees and have various IT projects both infrastructure related as well as development related.   We are "Agile light" and use Agile in all development efforts but take a more traditional PM approach on most infrastructure projects.   We are looking for someone that can help us move more toward Agile where this makes sense and help with processes and tools and in general, be the right hand person to the PMO Manager.

We are using the Atlassian products so looking for you to have solid experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.   We have also started to use an Adobe tool called Workfront so any experience would be a plus.

This position is 100% remote but ideally we'd like someone that is working EST or CST hours and not on say the west coast.    We are looking for an individual that wants to make an impact...we need people that can think!

We are in the educational field so the overall mission of the company is to help people gain the skills and knowledge that will help them further their careers and fulfill their dreams!  If you have prior experience in the educational industry, that is a plus but not required.

If you are looking for a good organization where your contributions will make an impact and you are not just another cog in the wheel - apply and come join us and help make a difference.    Again, this is a full time, permanent position offering full benefits, 401K plan, and other benefits!
