1. Creative sourcing approach, good understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean searches and sourcing strategies, preliminary candidate screening.
2. Experience sourcing/recruiting for various IT positions
The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for developing innovative and strategic methods to source talent, evaluate talent, and ultimately identify specialized niche talent. The Sourcer will assist with hiring initiatives, market research, competitive intelligence, and search summaries.
The Sourcer will lead and manage high level niche searches for the team and may assign or prioritize searches to other Sourcing Partners. They are responsible for tracking, reporting metrics, and providing insights relevant to their search projects and talent pools. Sourcers align top talent with strategic business needs and provide excellent customer service and candidate experience.

Understand, articulate and sell the company's business opportunity and culture to potential candidates.
This role may required some out-of-the-box strategic thinking, sourcing skills, problem solving, sourcing group collaboration and persuasive communication skills.
