Position: ServiceNow Engineer (Remote)
Location: Des Moines, IA 50392 - Remote
Term:  months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Independently conduct analysis, development, automated testing, code reviews and documentation on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring of junior developers, designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Demonstrate independence working in more than one software development layer of the solution.
  • Lead and participate in technical design of features.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Math-related field.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT professional.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional agile teams and collaborate with both IT and Non-IT partners.

Even better if you have:
  • ITSM expertise.
  • ITOM and CMDB expertise.
  • Excellent time management skills.
