Terrific 6+ month contract opening in Plano, TX for a Senior Market Analyst and Concept Planner.  Will work on a team responsible for developing concept proposals to showcase new styling and technology and address future customer needs. Team is also in charge of developing a customer-centric full line product portfolio that will allow the company to meet sales and compliance objectives in the future.

This is a highly analytical role focused on a marketing/business analytics perspective.  Will assist in developing the business strategy for the group based on data analysis, using the latest in data analysis tools.

Responsibilities include:
•    Help provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the success of company products.
•    Identify, develop, and deliver core product recommendations with customer-first focus.
•    Perform detailed quantitative analyses using mTAB, PAI CSQ, PIN, Polk and other available resources to support strategic recommendations.
•    Work closely with affiliate companies, including designers and parent company.
•    Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives
•    Partner closely and collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.

•    5+ years of product development experience with a history of delivering successful products across the full product lifecycle.
•    2+ years of experience with hands-on data analysis and providing data driven insights.
•    2+ years of experience with Business Intelligence and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel PivotTables & Graphs)
•    Ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way; “tell a story” with data.
•    Ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex data into clear and concise presentations and status reports.
•    Critical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail. 
•    Great communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross-functional.
•    Prefer experience and knowledge of the automotive industry.
•    Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics, with significant quantitative coursework.
