Senior ERP Business Analyst - Suwanee, GA

Privately held manufacturing organization seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for their growing US team.  This will be a hybrid role working out of their US HQ and plant location in Suwanee.

The successful candidate will:
  • Provide support to strategic initiatives and large scale, cross-functional projects by:
    • Gathering business, functional, non-functional, and other requirements
    • Producing documentation including process flow charts, requirements documents, executive summaries, and presentations
    • Identifying and providing recommendations to mitigate risks that may affect project outcome
  • Demonstrate leadership and problem solving in liaising between the business, the systems / development teams, and end users to ensure the successful implementation of projects
  • Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Participate in quality assurance activities as a stakeholder representative to ensure alignment with requirements and strategic direction
  • Anticipate where solutions impact related applications, processes or data/information integrity, and help develop mitigation strategies
  • Identify business value across competing priorities and present options and alternatives to stakeholders
  • Research, demonstrate, and share industry best practices, tools, and experience with the business in daily activities
  • Work collaboratively with project team members towards a common goal
  • Effectively manage a workload that may comprise multiple projects with varying degrees of priority

The ideal candidates for this position will have:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role 
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry 
  • Experience working with ERP systems 
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts
  • IIBA CPAP/CCBA or PMI-PBA certification preferred
  • Extensive experience and skills in interviewing staff in diverse roles throughout the business to elicit business requirements
  • A strong ability to understand technical information and complex, multidisciplinary processes
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity and experience with Business Process Modeling techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software
