Are you an experienced Business Analyst with recent experience building out a new Salesforce Service Cloud implementation? In this role, you will be working closely with our VP of Customer Service (as well as others) as we implement and integrate Service Cloud in our enterprise.
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis to start to partner and collaborate with department leaders and SMEs to improve, re-engineer, and automate business processes primarily related to customer service. This includes merchandise exchanges, refunds, items damaged in shipment, and many, many different types of workflows for a variety of customer service situations. We are a leading eCommerce site and so prior experience with Service Cloud in the eCommerce industry would be a plus!
The qualifications we are seeking for this role include:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analysis having worked with Salesforce Service Cloud recently and understand customer service workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Business Acumen with the ability to lead meetings and give presentations
You will need to have experience with eCommerce sales and customer service and understand the typical workflows needed for various issues for items sold. We have five large warehouse operations across the US and are the #1 seller for eCommerce sites like Amazon and several categories. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is needed.
