Position: Security Technology – RSA Archer Administrator (Remote)
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005 - Remote
Term:  2 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Full administration, configuration, testing, maintenance, and deployment of all modules and providing production issue support.
  • Lead and direct the continuous improvement of the platform and coordinate with key enterprise stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the requirements and deliverables for the company’s Risk Management Framework.
  • Administer, manage, and support the Archer platform to ensure features, capabilities, functionality, performance, and process are effective and efficient for the end-user experience.
  • Monitoring the performance of supported applications, collecting metrics, and implementing technology plans to improve their performance.
  • Collect and analyze business requirements for new modules, enhancements, and/or changes.
  • Support the design, testing, and integration of Archer with additional subsystems, risk tools, internal/external data feeds, etc.
  • Oversee incident tickets, workflow redesign, and process change requests.
  • Perform upgrades and plan with management and technology teams to ensure the platform is kept current with the vendor release schedule, patches, and other requirements.
  • Ensure operation and performance are at the highest levels possible.
  • Represent the team in specific project activities, including participating in projects and driving team deliverables toward successful completion.
  • Articulate technology issues/concerns that may emerge at any level of the technical stack, and from any component across the ecosystem to technology leaders.
  • Feel comfortable performing database queries and optimizations.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in technical support, application, operating systems, database technologies, Open Systems (Unix/NT/Oracle), Client Server environments, and Client Server Relational Database Management Systems.
  • Experience in the administration and application of technical systems.
