Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.

Review, track and monitor reports.

Ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
-
Follow up on high-level customer requests or concerns.
-
Provide back-up for all department functions.
-
Duties may include:

Differentiating.
-
Processing and reconciling transactions.
-
Researching inquires.
-
Resolving customer complaints.
-
Reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents.

Revising departmental procedures.
-
Coordinates situations that involve other departments.
-
Moderate customer contact.
-
Works under moderate to minimal supervision.

Day to day processing.
-
Risk management and compliance.
-
Maintenance and set up.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Financial Services or Business Processing.

Knowledge on Investment background.
-
Knowledge on CUSIP.
-
Knowledge on Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds.

Knowledge on applications Trust 3000 (SEI), CSS, DTC, CSS/CSM.

Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong customer/client service skills.

Strong analytical skills.
