Are you a SAP S/4 HANA PROJECT LEADER who has completed multiple full-cycle SAP implementations including requirements & design, development, testing, training, implementation and change management functions all within an Agile environment? ***Experienced Project Manager and SAP S/4 HANA leader who has led and completed multiple full-cycle SAP implementations including Requirements & Design, Development, Testing, Training, Implementation, and Change Management.
Candidate should possess the following:
o SAP: 8-10 Years (Required); 12-15 Years (Preferred)
o SAP S/4 HANA: 2-3 Years (Required); 4-5 Years (Preferred)
o Project Management / Team Leadership: 3-5 Years (Required); 6-8 Years (Preferred)
Business Process / Functional Knowledge:
o Expertise in one or more of the following SAP S/4HANA functional areas (Finance strongly preferred, otherwise Manufacturing and Supply Chain)
o Experience in leading Organizational Change Management initiatives
o Knowledge of SAP Activate Process Model
o S/4 HANA Testing and Training Leadership
o Experience Developing and Writing Business Requirements / User Stories
Project / Program Management:
o Agile Methodology experience
o Agile Tool Experience: Azure DevOps / Jira / Scrum Boards
o Project budget and financials management
o Quality assurance, coordination of testing phases
o Strong speaking and presentation skills
o Ability to engage both senior leadership and operational level business clients
o Ability to multi-task and find innovative solutions to problems
o BA/BS in Project Management, Bus Admin, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
o Customer focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed
o CPG (preferably Beverage) experience pre
