Requirement Summary
MATRIX Resources is looking for an experienced SAP Information Functional Developer within the Human Resources and Payroll field. 
The candidate should have experience with the following SAP HCM sub-modules:
  • Payroll
  • Time Management
  • BSI
  • Benefits
  • Personnel Administration
  • Organizational Management
Key requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Must be able to lead the gathering of requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of functionality related to SAP HCM modules.
  • Must be customer focused and possess: (1) the ability to identify and analyze issues and develop solutions to a variety of highly complex problems; (2) excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings; (3) excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management, external contacts, end-users, and technical contacts; (4) the ability to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Must understand how SAP HR business processes are integrated from end to end and their effects on o workflow, SAP Security, Medical systems, Safety Environmental/Impact, Managers Desktop/MSS, SATS, Compensation programs, and Total Reward programs.
  • Needs to be self-motivated and detail oriented.
 
Job Description

Role Summary
The HCM Information Analyst is responsible for implementing HR business solutions that supports business needs. As part of the IT-HR team, the Analyst will be a key partner with the business users to provide business process analysis, process design, project planning, system development, implementation, and continued support of the desired business solution.  The HCM Analyst will work as a functional and technical analyst with SAP ECC6 as the primary technology platform, within the following SAP HCM sub-modules: Payroll and Time Management, BSI, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, WorkForce Software and SuccessFactors. The Analyst must be able to program and handle the support of HR interfaces.

Qualifications
  • College Degree (Bachelors Level).
  • A minimum of 8+ years of SAP HCM technical and functional experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task.
Experience
  • A minimum of 8+ years of SAP HCM technical/functional experience.
  • SAP HR/Payroll ABAP a must.
  • Payroll/BSI/Time Management a plus.
  • WorkForce Software a plus.
Role/Responsibilities
  • Analysis – Collaborate with process owners to analyze business processes and propose process improvements enabled by information technology. 
  • Design and development – Develop technical designs and implement software solutions to support business process improvements.  Development may include custom programming using approved development tools and/or package software configuration.
  • System Support – Anticipate and investigate production system problems/questions ascertaining root cause and corrective action needed.  Design, develop, test and implement corrective action.

Terms
  • 6-9 month contract
