Grow your career as a Salesforce CRM Administrator with an innovative global bank. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will help manage the global Salesforce CRM platform rollout, work with users to understand how to best address their needs and help build a best-in-class productivity tool for the sales and service teams. Will be responsible for user support and troubleshooting, and assisting with the configuration, customization, maintenance, and day to day operations of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and provide training to Salesforce users as required, to help expand knowledge and skills across the organization.
  • Basic administrative functions including user accounts, report and dashboard development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows and approval processes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create and execute configurations that support business priorities and initiatives.
  • Collect and document requirements for system enhancements.
  • Develop cross functional process improvements using Salesforce.
  • Perform regular internal system audits and preparing for upgrades.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Perform data uploads and data maintenance.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Prefer degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services/private banking/management consulting/Fintech.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Knowledge of APEX, SOQL Triggers and Visual Force Page development a plus.
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint: Successful track record of using Excel and PowerPoint to consolidate information into concise and actionable reporting, presentations, and stories.
  • Experience using JIRA for tracking defects and user stories.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, any other Salesforce products a plus.
  • Financial acumen is a plus.
