MATRIX seeks a SaaS Support Analyst to join the team. You will be responsible for providing direct support to clients via tickets, emails and calls and work on customer issues and requests related to User Support, Performance Monitoring and system uptime, Job interruption, missing files or data, and general troubleshooting at the application layer.

Responsibilities:

  • User support (ads, removes, changes to dashboard, workbench, etc)
  • Performance monitoring and system uptime - network access, server availability, portal access
  • Job interruption - anything preventing the user accessing new data
  • Missing files or data - file problem during download, new file type, connector or API problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer related program preferred
  • 4 - 6 years of hands on Application Level Support
  • 4 - 6 years of hands-on Unix Operations experience
  • 4 – 6 years of hands-on SQL Operations experience
  • RedHat Linux RHEL experience
  • Working technical knowledge of common Linux commands, crontab, and reading system and application log files
  • Ability to create/modify/troubleshoot custom shell scripts
  • Experience with SQL and stored procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Advanced SQL functionality including indexes, table joins, subqueries, unions and analytic functions
  • Proprietary application troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and expense management systems preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented with focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic work environment
