What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and develop complex workflow components in Archer using the advanced workflow functionality and record permissions
  • Enhance the existing modules and fix issues within the day-to-day operations of RSA Archer 6.x platform
  • Design, prototype, develop and configure custom codes and integrations with other applications using a number of web programming languages.
  • Leverage APIs to pull and push data from different data sources to update records in Archer
  • Support and fulfill access control requests and complete break-fix requests.
  • Design SQL, FTP and File transporter based data feeds to support the data flow within the applications in Archer
  • Use agile methodology to deliver new functionality.
  • Schedule and design campaigns to generate assessments and auto generate findings
  • Gather requirements for new projects and communicate with business units.
  • Monitor archer by reviewing the job queues, server health, and database performance
  • Review IIS logs from the webserver to troubleshoot system issues
  • Review and understand Archer logs to identify and understand application related issues
  • Adhere to company-developed standards and understand the impact of web integration to other applications.
  • Support enterprise solutions and pull in the enterprise data for contacts, department, and unit application from different data sources
  • Generate, test, map and install packages from lower environment to production environment
  • Design complex calculations involving cross references, user and group fields to meet the business requirements and support assessments using questionnaires
  • Design custom objects using HTML, .Net to hide or display fields and to pull in data from external sources
  • Customize reports using Mail Merge templates
  • Support the platform upgrades by extensively testing the new features and existing custom code
  • Provide direction for an entire project or a project team and serve as key contributor performing work that is critical to the project’s success.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert to solve highly technical, complex web processes and the GRC domain.
  • Create a reporting database by using data publications
