Grow your career with an innovative global bank in New York, NY as a Regulatory Analyst to assist with a Regulatory compliance program for regulated entities (Swap Dealers, Futures commission merchants). 6-month contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:    
•    Drafting Swap Dealer and Future Commission Merchant (FCM) policies and procedures
•    Developing Swap training content and monitor completion of required training
•    Helping to support Swap Dealer Regulatory Exam requests and meetings
•    Supporting the drafting of Swap Dealer and FCM compliance governance reports and Annual Compliance Reports.
•    Helping to develop Volcker Rule training content and monitor completion of required training
•    Executing certain regulatory change management program responsibilities for swap dealers, broker-dealers and CGMI. 
•    Reporting for regulatory initiatives. Ability to create reports in Excel.

•    5+ years of experience in US Regulatory arena.
•    Must have US Regulatory experience and Derivatives from the broker dealer side.
•    Large US banking experience (derivatives/ swaps).
•    Strong policy drafting experience. Experience in Policy writing for regulatory governance. 
•    Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Good writing & presentation skills, excellent communication
•    Bachelor’s degree.
