Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Des Moines, IA 50392
Term: 12 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Act as a recruitment focal point for assigned business units in the execution of talent acquisition strategies that meet business unit and Affirmative Action goals.
  • Provide consultation and tactical delivery of recruitment services for external candidates on nonexempt and exempt level positions up to Executive level.
  • Travel required, including some overnight stays.
  • Comply with a Code of Ethics which covers a number of obligations related to personal and business conduct as well as personal trading activities for you and members of your household. These same requirements may also apply to other positions across the organization.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 to 8 years of related work experience.
  • Possess the skills needed to drive an aggressive corporate recruitment and placement strategy while acquiring key talent for the organization.
  • Possess experience in general employment branding, sourcing, selection, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of talent.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills, along with strong decision-making and project management skills.
  • Developed analytical and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving HR-Recruitment objectives.
