Process Integration Analyst

Grow your career as a Process Integration Analyst with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will need to write FRD's, artifact analysis, and possibly BRD's. Will work with dev teams and the business driving solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing processes and operating models through the efficiency lens.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define functional requirements and conduct design reviews.
  • Define and deploy metrics for measuring process improvement.
  • Institute feedback models to enable continuous process improvement.
  • Conduct research and publish artifacts to drive simplification.
  • Review/author operational procedures.
  • Distill information provided by subject matter experts and other partners into executive-level narratives.
  • Establish foundational and execution work streams for process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with Domain and Technical Architecture teams to drive efficiencies.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with integrating processes into automated (application) solution.
  • Experience in all the phases of a software development lifecycle project including requirements gathering, analysis, design and implementation through agile and/or waterfall and/or hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience in transforming business user requirements into analysis and design artifacts.
  • Working to deep knowledge of financial products and automation solutions.
  • Exposure to Cloud-based and automation technologies.
  • Must have financial industry experience.
  • Able to develop and manage a comprehensive program plan and dependencies.
