Position: Vendor Management Administrator 
Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
Term: 12 Months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the vendor database
  • Assist in contacting vendors for documents
  • Assist in running background checks on vendors
  • Assist in creating new database profiles
  • Assist in setting up new accounts with Accounts Payable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to plan and work independently after training with little direct supervision
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
