Position: Operations Analyst (Remote)
Location: Raleigh, NC 27612 - Remote
Term: 12 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supports Advanced Services Project Management Team.
  • Designs, develops, and supports collaboration, knowledgebase and project management systems and processes using robotic process automation (RPA) methodologies to improve quality and efficiencies.
  • Participate as member of an Agile development team.
  • Develop efficiencies to support project management using Power Apps and Power Platform.
  • Develop data source connections from multiple platforms to Managed Services’ onboarding Dataverse inventory and transaction tables.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to eliminate costs and improve quality.
  • Ensures each project is high quality and meets the requirements of success.
  • Utilize a consultative approach and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departments internal and external.
  • Conducts meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables.
  • Ability to gather ideas and requirements from end users and translate into the development process.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor of Science degree and 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
  • Technical expert with demonstrated success in:
o Databases (SQL, CDS, Dynamics CRM, Dataverse).
o REST/RESTful API web services and JSON.
o Microsoft O365 Power Platform.
o Usability/Acceptance testing and UI/UX best practice.
  • Experience with managing data privacy.
  • Strong verbal, written and visualization communication skills demonstrated by an ability to translate complex findings into practical business implications.
  • Successful performance with remote work.
  • Strong ability to provide leadership and mentoring.
 
Even better if you have:
  • Experienced with Agile development methodologies.
  • Technical expert with demonstrated success in:
o JavaScript, jQuery, Typescript, HTML, CSS, CAML, XML, PowerShell
o Python
o GIT/Versioning Techniques
o O365 SharePoint Online
o Azure Active Directories
o Object Oriented Logic and Workflows
