Marketing RevOps Specialist

Do you enjoy working onsite in a startup environment and have CRM experience? If you are in the Birmingham area and are looking for a new contract to possible permanent assignment that will involve showcasing the vital role of CDP and RevOps strategy for Business Groups and Departments send us your resume for immediate consideration. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Organize: Create and host webinars showcasing the strategy behind our CDP and RevOps playbook
  • Empower: Become a thought leader in the Revenue Operations space by engaging daily via social media and email
  • Build: A social media presence under the Brand and Service Teams, posting 3-4 times per week in a variety of formats (text, video, image, poll, etc) conveying key RevOps tactics and themes
  • Lead: Support CRM feedback loops
  • 5-10 new pieces of content per month highlighting key processes and problem solving solutions
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and import records into our D&B CDP
  • Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and deliver graphics and images that explain key RevOps concepts

Job Skills:

  • Quantitative and qualitive analysis
  • Organized
  • Microsoft suite proficient
  • Project management
Software experience:
  • Qlik or PowerBI (preferred) – any data visualization platforms
  • Klaviyo (not required but preferred) – any Market Automation Programs
  • D&B Rev.Up platform (preferred) – any Customer Data Platform
Qualifications
  • 4+ years with a CRM (Dynamics a plus)
  • 2+ years with paid social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Ability to articulate in great detail 2-3 high level RevOps business problems solved, the process behind the solution, define success, and ensure continued adoption
  • You have an unnatural combination translating CDP processes and features with bite-sized social media and drip email content tactics
  • You create clarity: You possess a keen ability to understand the root cause and help individuals see a solution
  • You can communicate confidently and effectively
  • You have a team mindset: You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced startup environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission
  • You embrace forward momentum: You see something that can be improved, and you don’t wait to fix it
The work environment will be a cubicle and the dress code is business casual with jeans allowed. Free onsite parking.
