Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA
Term: 6 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with regional marketing to support the San Francisco regional marketing strategy as needed.
  • Provides exposure to and the opportunity to learn about the different areas of regional marketing, sales colleague support and client engagement event marketing.
  • Provide admin support to team as needed.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Director and Senior Event Manager to support the client engagement marketing strategy as needed.
  • Work with client engagement and marketing managers to create virtual event timelines and execution plans, including list management, invite creation and follow up.
  • Assist with all aspects of virtual and in-person event planning, creative, production and logistics.
  • Project manage development of marketing content and presentation needs of regional projects.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications.
  • Knowledgeable in Zoom Webinar function and WebEx.
  • Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask projects and multiple calendars.
  • Works well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines.
  • Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and navigate complex processes and situations.
  • Collaborative and “hands-on” team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Always presents an approachable and professional demeanor to internal and external partners.
