Position: Lead Systems Architect
Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, 28202
Term: 6 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of complex projects and initiatives that have companywide scope.
- Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives.
- Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy.
- Identify medium to high architectural impact projects.
- Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions.
- Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams.
- Make decisions in the development and maintenance of architectures.
- Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas.
- Ensure applications adhere to established standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 6+ years CRM experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Customer Data Platform).
- Strong communication & analytical skills; ability to acquire and interpret business requirements and determines the most effective/appropriate technology solutions
- Experience deploying solutions to CRM instance and understanding managed vs non-managed solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, CDP, Data Analytics, Data Processing (Master Data Management, Data Quality Management) and Consumer Databases principles
- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions utilizing key design patterns and best practices
- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture. Knowledge of data privacy technical best practices (CCPA, GDPR)
- Experience deploying solutions to CRM instance and understanding managed vs non-managed solutions
- Knowledge or experience of multiple CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to evaluate existing deployed CRM platforms to identify and recommend improvements to quality, process, best practices, and performance
- Ability to navigate and influence cross-functionally, acting as a team player
- Ability to navigate and influence cross-functionally, acting as a team player and strong relationship management skills
- Active Salesforce certifications (preferably Sales/Service Consultant) or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
