IT Warehouse Analyst

Our client is in high growth mode and is looking to hire an IT Warehouse Analyst to join their team.  The IT Warehouse Analyst will configure and deploy the company’s warehouse management application and provide support. This role will also be responsible for monitoring service tickets that application management services support company performs, including responding, documenting, and helping resolve issues in a timely manner according to service level agreements.  The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problems, or when appropriate, escalate them to appropriate IT staff members.

Job Responsibilites: 
Document software functional specifications

•  Monitor the health of the applications

•  Maintain documents containing procedures and best practices

•  Translate business requirements into Blue Yonder Warehouse configuration

•  Run training sessions and workshops on new system processes in their specific technical area

•  Consult with other administrators to resolve issues that require extra attention or indicate a larger problem within the IT ecosystem

•  Manage the flow of incoming support requests and escalate to other IT specialists as required

  • Deliver training to super users 

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.   
  • Must be proficient in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (WM) and Blue Yonder Transportation and Logistics Management (TLM) or related software
  • Experience using Oracle SQL queries to extract data for business processes, system analysis and updates
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, balancing multiple projects at one time
