IT Resource Manager 
Scottsdale, AZ (Phoenix Metro Area)
Hybrid Remote  


Role Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers; managing complex scheduling requirements to coordinate & move candidates through the interview process.
  • Manage the all-important candidate experience by scheduling Phone, Zoom Video, and In Person (when applicable) interviews for the recruiting team
  • Prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
  • Onboarding new associates in preparation for their first day.
  • Assisting and creating new job orders. 
  • Tracking recruiting tasks and providing candidate status in a daily report.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, scheduling, and onboarding efficiency- process improvement initiatives
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (Example: Intern career fairs and job postings)
  • Presentations for IT employees and contractors.
Role Qualifications:
  • Advance with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • 5 years or more experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator role.
  • 2+ years of IT recruiting. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
