Position: IT Operations Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA, 50392
Term: 35months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the operational or administrative activities within Operations.

Provide technical expertise in development, maintenance, and recommendations of systems and software.

Comply with a Code of Ethics which covers a number of obligations related to personal and business conduct as well as personal trading activities for you and members of your household. These same requirements may also apply to other positions across the organization.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Associate degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience.
-
1 to 3 years of IT Operations Analysis experience.

Excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as basic presentation, decision-making, and general math skills.

Basic leadership skills.

Advanced computer skills.
-
Familiar with data center operation functions such as scheduling tools, automated operations, TSO, and JCL.

Knowledge of rerun resolution procedures and cycle workflow preferred.

Able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

May be required to work off-hour shifts and holidays.

Proven experience as an IT professional.
