Position: IT Delivery Manager
Term: Direct-Hire
Location: 100% Remote

The Delivery Manager’s experience should involve a combination of architecture and technology development; business process and relationship management as well as portfolio and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Own all IT-related activities including design, development, and provide day to day support including maintaining the area’s technology components from a lifecycle perspective
  • Implement capability/value stream technology strategy
  • Manage diverse portfolio of products, projects, and enhancements to meet the technology strategy
  • Serve as an escalation point for issue and risk management
  • Ensure all delivery methodologies (projects/products) in the area are working efficiently and delivering value
  • Lead the team, providing opportunities for development and engage with COE teams across the client based on areas of duty
  • Monitor and manage IT-related costs for a capability area
  • Manage talent within capability team which includes Scrum Master / Project Manager / Delivery Architect / Business Analyst / Developers
  • Conduct demand management, capacity planning, and resource management for a capability area
  • Manage vendor partners and non-associate staff
Job Requirements
  • BS/BA/MBA Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience managing cross disciplined IT teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe is a must
  • Have the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with all aspects of project and portfolio management is a must
  • Ideal candidate would have experience with both Azure and AWS clouds
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experience in forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across a large, matrixed organization
  • Proven record of delivering business value from an IT perspective
  • Ability to think critically and provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table
  • Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a changing environment
