Position: IT Administrator
Location: Ft Worth, TX
Term: 9 months
Work as a site administrator, principal support, trainer and subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx. Responsibilities include providing day to day operational support, site administration, supporting users via email, in-person and phone, service requests, as well as leading consultation calls on how best to use the service based on individual or business group requirements.
- Responsible for day to day general user support, licensing, and application/service troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts, integrations, and other Microsoft O365 details to liaise between AA engineers and end users.
- Leading end-user group trainings on various topics (Teams Basic Training, Meetings and Audio Conferencing, Live Events, etc.).
- Responding to service requests or incident tickets; providing timely communication to stakeholders.
- Consultation on how best to use the service for areas such as large meetings/town halls, creating teams for different business purposes, or general how-to in Teams.
Skills Needed:
- At least 2 years in a role with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Critical and analytical thinker to solve problems with WebEx and Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Office 365 apps (MS Forms, Tasks/Planner, Webmail, SharePoint, etc.).
- Experience with WebEx and Teams administration.
- Technical troubleshooting tools - WebEx Control Hub, Fiddler, Networking concepts (TCP vs. UDP, Jitter, Latency, Packet Loss, etc.).
- Leading small projects such as software upgrades and deployments.
- Created and managed enterprise-wide or specific group-focused communications.
- Maintain the UAT/QA testing for each monthly WebEx update.
