Do you have experience with Design Thinking and Innovation Series? Have you facilitated workshops with teams on Innovation and Design Thinking and have focused your career on innovation and innovation strategies and practices?
Our team is growing and we are looking for experience with planning and strategy around innovative business programs and projects. We are looking for an individual that has a background in Design Thinking and/or Innovation Series and has some experience with strategic planning around new innovative ways of doing things. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver innovation opportunities that may develop into broad operational changes impacting our business units and also our industry members. This role will lead innovation teams using our established innovation methodology as well as support project management and change management best practices to deliver effective outcomes. The role will involve you facilitating workshops and leading discussions and we are looking for prior experience in this capacity. This position will help to set standards, models, and templates in innovation. In addition, you will be an advisor to project managers and change leaders across the organization verifying strategic alignment and managing risks to ensure delivery of successful solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a full complement of benefits including a base salary plus annual bonus, excellent medical and dental coverage for you and your family, 401K plan 100% matching up to 6% of your contribution as well as an additional supplement, and many more! You will need to be based in Atlanta as we are working 2 days in our Atlanta office with 3 days working from home. Our office is located on the NW side of Atlanta. We are open to you relocating to the Atlanta area if you live outside Atlanta and will cover relocation costs.
