Our Healthcare Insurance client is seeking a Full-stack JavaScript Web Developer to join their team for a possible contract-to-hire role!

Our client has more than 5,000 employees and is the number 1 health insurer in the state of North Carolina serving more than 3.89 million customers. Position: Full-stack JavaScript Web Developer
Term: 6 + Months, possible contract to hire
Location: Remote, USA

Job Description:
Experienced full stack JavaScript developer with very strong JavaScript knowledge. This client uses Web Components and having Web Component knowledge would be a huge plus. We feel if you are strong with JavaScript (and React), you'll learn Web Components very quickly. This role does not call for an expert with Node JS, but intermediate level is expected. The role will entail building a standardized, centralized component library that will be used across the company to build. This is a small team of 2 developers and a lead. This role will be the 3rd developer. This team interacts with a lot of other teams at the company. 

Required:

  • Strong JavaScript knowledge
  • ES6 / Typescript
  • Node JS
  • Unit and automated testing
  • Minimum 7 years experience building full stack web apps.
Desired: 
  • Redux - a plus
  • Graph QL - a plus
  • Web Components - a BIG plus
  • Storybook - a BIG plus
