Title: Full Stack Developer 
Location: San Francisco, CA
Type: Contract to hire

Job Description: 

The primary focus of this job is to plan, design, develop, support, and implement ongoing development and support of the ECM Solutions, suite of applications: OnBase Document Management System, Instabase, iManage, Monarch, DocuSign & Ephesoft Intelligent Document Classification system. The function within this job includes IT Applications Development, Maintenance, IT Architecture, IT Engineering, and other IT Infrastructure support. This level typically works under general supervision and exercises judgment. Knows and effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures. This role may work on projects or tasks that are complex and varied.
 
Responsibilities: 

  • This position’s general responsibilities include In-depth knowledge in analysis, design, prototype, testing, develop/enhance applications, production support, problem solving, including requirements gathering, estimating effort and documentation. Needs expertise with developing PL/SQL queries and stored procedures, Visual Studio 2015 and/or 2017, Microsoft ASPX, C# .NET Framework, HTML, XML/JSON, NodeJS, JavaScript, CSS, APIs also experienced in Web applications. Java/J2EE, Spring, Swagger for RESTAPI documentation, RESTAPI, Micro Services, Python, Apache, AWS & IIS.
  • The developer will be working with the IS resources, internal business users, and external vendors to enforce standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions and drives on-time delivery along with high-quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • Good to have minimum 7+ years of experience within IS
  • Experience with OnBase or equivalent document management or ECM software
  • Strong knowledge of document management software and workflow
  • Understanding of .NET Core and .NET Framework Strong SQL knowledge, including development of stored procedures, SQL queries, and other SQL objects
  • Experience in Python, NodeJS, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC & AngularJS
  • Works with Technical Analyst, Technical Architect to create the ITAAP, UI High level and Detailed Design for the applications. Performs hands on coding using C#.NET & Java/J2E.
  • Deployment/DevOps for Microservices and Containers technology a plus
  • Experience with design and architect scalable, distributed web applications, web/windows services, and cloud-based applications
  • Experience with design/develop critical framework components/reusable modules
  • Experience with SDLC process, release and implementation of effective solutions.
  • Experience with consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Solid troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Experience with vendor to handle application upgrades and implement complex document management solutions. Provide 2nd tier, off-hours remote support as needed
  • Extensive documentation skills using Vizio and Lucid
  • Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Knowledge in writing and executing scripts, experience integrating using different application APIs
  • Ability to review application and server logs
  • Experience with Agile Planning Tools (Jira, Confluence)

  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
