Position: Security Operations Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.
  • Duties may include:
    • Differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions.
    • Researching inquires.
    • Resolving customer complaints.
    • Reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents.
    • Revising departmental procedures.
  • Coordinates situations that involve other departments.
  • Has moderate customer contact.
  • Works under moderate to minimal supervision.
  • Day to day processing.
  • Risk management and compliance.
  • Maintenance and Set-up

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of Experience in Customer Service, Operations, Financial Services or Business Processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
