Executing design change implementations and supports the overall design change process.

Evaluating the manufacturing processes for opportunities in productivity gains.

Identifying manufacturing issues (design/process/component) and drive resolution by participating on cross-functional or project teams.

Researching and resolving electro-mechanical, production assembly and/or test issues in a timely manner

Guiding and mentoring junior level engineers and engineering technicians.

Defining critical processes, develop assembly and test procedures, train production personnel, and verify effectiveness of process and training

Designing, developing, and validating test fixtures to be used in-house and at vendor sites.

Supports cross functional teams in a collaborative environment

Working closely with international vendors on production capabilities of higher level electromechanical assemblies with functional testing requirements.

Working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.

Bachelor of Science Engineering. (Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical)

Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a medical device field.

Experience supporting material transfers of Higher Level Electro-Mechanical Assemblies between vendors.

Excellent PC skills. (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Ability to multi-task in addressing high complexity issues, prioritize accordingly and properly engage key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.

Willingness to travel and flexibility.

Very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.

Successful mid-level complexity project management and execution experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
FDA/ISO/Med Device experience. -
Willing to travel up to 10%.
