Grow your career as a .Net Developer with an innovative global bank working in Tampa, FL. 12+ month contract opportunity (with strong chance for extension). Will be required to work onsite 2-3 days per week. Will be working mainly on backend, and work with the development of securities processing applications using the .NET platform, with an active role on all of the phases of the software development lifecycle focusing on the quality of the code and design of the solution.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements with teams in different countries.
  • Design and document solutions to be implemented.
  • Write the code of the solutions with C# and MS SQL Server.
  • Support internal User Acceptance Tests.
  • Support live projects in production - maintain existing applications.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with strength in C# and SQL.
  • Must have very good fundamentals in object oriented programming.
  • Prefer any exposure to MQ's.
  • Prefer bilingual in Spanish.
  • Prefer experience participating in projects with Agile methodology.
  • Prefer experience with design patterns.
  • Prefer experience on automated tests.
  • Prefer experience with systems for financial services.

Technical Skills:
  • .NET (C#)
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 with solid understanding of Transact-SQL
  • Preferred technical skills: Visual Studio TFS, GIT, IBM MQ, Swift 15022/20022, FIXML.
