Position: Document Imaging Processor
Location: Urbandale, IA 50323
Term: 36 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of incoming mail or other documents, scanning, rudimentary indexing, and properly storing documents for either long- or short-term retention.
  • Organize and complete daily work goals and team project work.
  • Ensure that all imaged documents adhere to CSD imaging/indexing quality standards.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures, training, and best practices for use within the imaging environment.
  • May be required to work overtime/additional hours including weekends, holidays, and rotation coverage on Saturdays.
  • Comply with a Code of Ethics which covers a number of obligations related to personal and business conduct as well as personal trading activities for you and members of your household. These same requirements may also apply to other positions across the organization.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
  • Time-management, decision-making, planning and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to follow written and verbal procedures and instructions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people in a team atmosphere.
  • Well organized and able to multi-task and manage to deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • PC experience with the ability to key 45 CWPM.
  • Ability to push/pull a four-wheel cart and lift to 30 pounds.
  • Successful completion of a criminal history check.
  • Successful completion of a credit history check.
