Take your career in an upward direction with a long-term contract at a world-famous and innovative bank as a Digital Productivity Analyst in Irving, TX, Tampa, FL or New York City, NY. Will be responsible for enabling projects that increase efficiency and effectiveness and for executing projects that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Will partner with process owners to identify, define, and develop solutions, typically in low-code tools.  Will manage documentation of solutions created, including risk assessments, requirements documents, and project plans. Will manage the deployment of solutions and enhancing the organizations knowledge of digital through training and marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field: Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, Math, Business, etc. Advanced degree preferred.
    If not a Computer related degree, at least 2 formal courses in Computer Science and some coding experience (VBA Macros, Python, etc.)
  • Experience and proficient in configuring solutions in Appian - Appian is a must.
  • Project management skills and experience leading transformation efforts.
  • Highly-proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI.
  • Previous experience in meeting tight deadlines while producing quality work.
  • Experience managing risk and implementing controls.
  • History of high-performance.
