Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Boston Massachusetts USA 2108
Hourly Rate: $ 23 /hr.
Term: Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Support a Live Walk-In Center called Atrium Support Desk
  • Image Loaner Laptops for Domestic and Foreign Travel
  • Assist with technical issues i.e., mostly Password reset issues
  • Address more in-depth Tech issues as needed
  • Mobile Support for Samsung S20 and S21 Android Phones
  • Will be trained on a system for configuration of Smart Cards and Temp Badges for Multi-Authentication Credential Logins

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 1 - 2 years of related help desk or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
