Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139
Hourly Rate: $24.50/hr.
Term: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Deskside Tech will be addressing clients in person, via a Live Walk-Up Support Desk.
  • Imaging Laptops, providing Laptop Loaners.
  • Mobile Support for MiFi, and Android S20 & S21 devices.
  • Will be trained on CMS System to provide Temp Badge Access and Smart Card Setup access for Multi-Authentication process.
  • Managing Ticket queue's via Service Now.
  • Rotational Weekly Inventory Management.
  • Troubleshooting Accounts Lock's, Windows 7, 10, and Mac Operating Systems as needed.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 2 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A+ Certification highly preferred
