Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Doral, Florida 33178
Hourly Rate: $26/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Works directly with end users to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems

General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break/Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops

Identification, prioritization, resolution/fulfilment of customer incidents

Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming customer inquiries

Provides case status updates
-
Implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines

Responds to and completes customer requests for services

Provides technical support to internal customers

Supports/troubleshoots network problems

Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
Is it a good fit? (Requirements):

CompTIA A+ required
-
5+ years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above.

Extensive experience working with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS

Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently

Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users

Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company

Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware/software
-
ServiceNow experience preferred

Bi-lingual preferred English/Spanish
