The Supplier Diversity Analyst will support the tracking, measurement, reporting and organization of  our clients' Diversity Program data according to the company's policy to include diverse and small businesses in the supply chain process as well as assisting these businesses in their development. Key duties include managing workflows that synthesize wide-ranging supplier data from multiple sources, and analyzing key performance indicators, metrics and program performance.

Additionally, the candidate will support other concurrent program initiatives including market research, data validation, and ad hoc project execution. The candidate pays attention to details and quality control. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion about diversity, is curious with excellent problem-solving skills, and a track record of providing insights and recommendations. The candidate is expected to be a valuable contributor and report to the Global Supplier Diversity Leader.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform / oversee Supplier Diversity spend analysis, data mining, program forecasting and ad hoc reporting
o Support diversity classification identification and maintenance to ensure data accuracy, auditability and integrity
o Collect, track and report metrics to ensure the program goals are met
o Monitor and analyze trends, benchmark data and report both corporate and industry impacts in a timely manner
o Provide consolidated reports of spend with diverse suppliers
o Create dashboards and analyze the diversity spend and other data across the enterprise
o Compilation of reports into presentations used internally and externally
o Organize / analyze data sets from ERP system, in-house knowledge management systems, and external organizations
• Conduct compliance reporting for supplier diversity regulatory requirements (e.g. federal, state and local reporting)
o Conduct external benchmarking covering emerging and best practices for review with management on a periodic basis
o Research and maintain industry knowledge; identify and monitor trends
• Provide ongoing support to Global Supplier Diversity Leader as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
• Occasional long, irregular hours
• Operating in a fast-paced professional office environment
• Use of a PC, computer terminal and/or telephone over 4 hours a day
• Remote work environment with reliable network connectivity

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skill in understanding and developing process flows
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, People Soft, SAP, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Exceptional skills in using Excel

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
• 2-3 years of operational finance, supply chain or other relevant experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g. advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
• Must be comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data sets (e.g. financial, savings analyses).
• Strong data analytics, organization, and data visualization skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work with remote teams
• Strong written and verbal skills in a multidisciplinary environment
• Very detailed oriented

Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree and/or experience
• Experience with strategic sourcing methodology and supplier contracting
• Experience with Supplier Diversity contracting
• Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD)
• Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
• Previous experience with or insights applicable to spend categories
