Grow your career as a Data Adjustment Project Manager with an innovative global bank in Jersey City, NJ/Tampa, FL/DE. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will be responsible for identifying new adjustments downstream in the financial systems and engaging applicable Asset Classes for analysis to understand root cause and enforce remediation work against commitments. Will lead monthly Data Adjustment Governance Forums with each asset class to monitor monthly metrics, provide line of sight into changes (positive or negative) and address risks. Will lead monthly Governance with GFT-based on set of dependencies for downstream consumption and address gaps, issues, and risks.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure deliverables across asset classes are clearly defined, agreed upon and managed through weekly working sessions and formal monthly governance forums.
  • Act as a change agent to implement best practices and ensure transparency and consistency across teams.
  • Develop reporting/metrics to provide senior leadership with insights on opportunities and risk related to the program.
  • Manage program/project reporting and related artifacts (e.g. closure documents, project plans, etc.) .
  • Creation of C-level presentations to communicate strategy, programs, and month over month progress.
 
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of program/project management experience in large scale organization or consulting.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio and Project.
